What we collect
When you request an access plan or check coverage in your area, we collect what you type: your name, email, phone if you share it, ZIP code, and the details you choose to tell us about the equipment and the situation. We understand this can touch on a family member's health, so share only what you are comfortable sharing; a ZIP code and an equipment type are enough for us to help. The calculators on this site run entirely in your browser and send us nothing. Like most websites, our hosting provider also processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to operate the site, and we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful.
How we use it
To answer you. Requests are emailed to our service inbox so a person can reply with your plan and an honest read on coverage. If and only if you ask to be connected, we share your request details with the one vetted provider we are introducing you to. We do not sell or rent your information, we do not post your details to lead marketplaces, we do not run third-party ad trackers on this site, and we do not add you to a marketing list for filling out a form. If we ever offer an email newsletter, it will be a separate, explicit opt-in.
Who processes it for us
We use a small set of service providers to run this site: our hosting platform (Vercel) and our transactional email provider (Resend), which delivers your request to us. Each processes your data only to provide its service.
Retention and deletion
Request emails live in our service inbox for as long as they are useful for serving you. Want your details deleted? Email support@accesshomepath.com from the address you used and we will delete the correspondence.
Cookies
This site works without login cookies. Analytics, when enabled, may set a first-party cookie or local storage entry to distinguish visits; nothing here is used to follow you around the internet.
Children
This site is for adults arranging equipment and services and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
